2011 BMW S 1000 RR

The 2011 BMW S1000 RR is the most powerful 1000cc production bike on the market. Producing mind blowing numbers like 193hp and 83 ft-lbs of torque. This power house only weighs in at about 404 lbs. dry and 450 lbs. fully fueled, giving it one of the best power-to-weight ratios. This motorcycle offers some of the most advanced electronic rider safety systems. The S1000 RR features an ultra-lightweight ABS and the super efficient DTC (dynamic traction control). This DTC reacts reliably and efficiently to speed, lean angle, and the rider's selected operating mode. The operating mode changes the motorcycle's "set-up" depending on the rider's selected setting (rain, sport, race, or slick). BMW designed this motorcycle brilliantly by positioning vents behind the fairing to minimize turbulence and allow the rider to maintain a relaxed head position. This in turn, optimizes  air-flow around the rider and bike which ensures stability at top speed. The vents also provides air flow for efficient engine cooling.
BMW designed the S1000 RR with an aggressive forward wedge design focusing on aerodynamics and design composition. This motorcycle is definitely winning!!
